Terms & Conditions

1. Applications

1.1 There is no fee to submit an application.

1.2 Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Our team reviews all submissions and decisions are final.

1.3 By submitting, you confirm that all work is your own original creation and does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

2. Exhibition Fees

2.1 Fees are payable only after an artist has been selected for an exhibition.

2.2 Current exhibition fees:

Physical Exhibition (London & Paris)

• 1 work: £120

• 2 works: £200

Digital Exhibition

• 1 work: £45

• 2 works: £85

• 3 works: £115

2.3 Fees cover wall space or digital display, event promotion, and the full duration of the exhibition.

2.4 Streeters Gallery reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect artists who have already paid for a confirmed exhibition.

3. Artwork Specifications

3.1 Maximum artwork size is 120cm on any side.

3.2 All mediums are accepted including painting, photography, printmaking, illustration, mixed media, sculpture and digital work.

3.3 Streeters Gallery reserves the right to reject any work that does not match the submission provided during the application process.

4. Artwork Delivery & Collection

4.1 Artists are responsible for delivering their artwork to the exhibition venue. Work can be delivered in person or sent by post.

4.2 If posting artwork, the artist is responsible for packaging, shipping costs and insurance during transit.

4.3 Artwork must arrive by the specified delivery deadline communicated at the time of selection. Late arrivals may not be exhibited and no refund will be issued.

4.4 Artists must collect their work at the end of the exhibition within the communicated collection window. If posting, artists must arrange return shipping in advance.

4.5 Any artwork not collected within 14 days of the exhibition end date will be stored at the artist's risk. Streeters Gallery is not responsible for uncollected work after this period.

5. Liability

5.1 Streeters Gallery will take reasonable care when handling artwork during installation and the exhibition period.

5.2 Streeters Gallery is not liable for any loss, theft or damage to artwork while in transit (whether delivered in person or by post), during installation, during the exhibition, or during collection.

5.3 Artists are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance cover for their artwork.

5.4 Streeters Gallery is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of personal property at exhibition events.

6. Sales & Commission

6.1 Streeters Gallery takes 0% commission on artwork sales.

6.2 If a buyer expresses interest in purchasing a work, Streeters Gallery will connect the buyer directly with the artist.

6.3 If a sale is facilitated directly through the gallery at the exhibition, a 10% handling fee may be applied on top of the listed price to cover transaction costs.

6.4 Artwork prices are set by the artist. Streeters Gallery will not alter prices without the artist's consent.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

7.1 All exhibition fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.

7.2 If an artist wishes to withdraw from an exhibition, they must submit a written request explaining the reason for cancellation. Streeters Gallery will review the request and decide on a case by case basis whether any exception can be made.

7.3 If Streeters Gallery cancels an exhibition for any reason, participating artists will receive a full refund of their exhibition fee.

7.4 Streeters Gallery reserves the right to change exhibition dates or venues. Artists will be notified as soon as possible and may request a refund if the new arrangements are not suitable.

8. Digital Exhibitions

8.1 Digital exhibition work will be displayed on screens at the physical exhibition venue and/or on the Streeters Gallery website and social media channels for the duration of the exhibition period.

8.2 Artists retain full copyright of their digital work. By participating, artists grant Streeters Gallery a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce and promote the work for the purposes of the exhibition and related marketing.

8.3 Digital work must be submitted in the format and resolution specified at the time of selection.

9. Intellectual Property & Image Rights

9.1 Artists retain full ownership and copyright of all submitted and exhibited work.

9.2 By participating, artists grant Streeters Gallery permission to photograph, film and reproduce images of their exhibited work for promotional purposes including but not limited to the website, social media, press releases and marketing materials.

9.3 Artists will be credited wherever reasonably possible.

10. Code of Conduct

10.1 Artists, visitors and staff are expected to behave respectfully at all exhibition events.

10.2 Streeters Gallery reserves the right to remove any individual from an event or exhibition without notice if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive or harmful.

10.3 Streeters Gallery reserves the right to refuse future applications from any artist who breaches these terms or behaves inappropriately.

11. Data & Privacy

11.1 Personal data submitted through applications will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the UK GDPR.

11.2 Artist contact details will be used solely for exhibition communications and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

12. General

12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12.2 Streeters Gallery reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website.

12.3 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
